For Plane Saver Members
1. Why am I hearing about MMCB members joining Plane Saver?
MMCB has merged with Plane Saver Credit Union. That means that any active MMCB members are now part of Plane Saver Credit Union, with access to the same products and services.
2. Will I notice anything different?
You may see some mention of MMCB on our website. The biggest changes are technical and will happen behind the scenes. There will be no change to your membership or access long-term — only a short technical period during the migration on the 14th of August 2025.

For MMCB Members
1. What’s happening with my MMCB account?
Money Matters Community Bank (MMCB) has merged with Plane Saver Credit Union (PSCU). Your membership, savings, and loan accounts have been safely transferred to PSCU.
2. Do I need to do anything?
No action is needed. All active MMCB member accounts were transferred to Plane Saver's systems on Thursday, the 14th of August 2025. You’ll receive your new PSCU member number and login details shortly after the migration.
MMCB members who had a valid email address on their account have been sent a welcome email - we recommend checking your junk or SPAM folder if you didn't see anything from Plane Saver. MMCB members who did not provide a valid email address have been sent the same information via post to their home address.

3. How do I withdraw my money?
You will need to register for online banking or download the mobile app and register there to be able to make withdrawal requests. Once registered, you may also be asked to verify your bank account details before you can withdraw - it's a good idea to have these details ready the first time you log in.

4. Will my loan repayments be affected?
No, your loan repayment schedule will continue as normal. If you currently make loan repayments by Standing Order or benefit payments, you will need to change the bank account details you are using for the repayments.
When setting up or amending your payments, please use:
- Account Name: Plane Saver Credit Union Ltd
- Account Number: 40114510
- Sort Code: 20-61-55
- Reference: Your new Plane Saver membership number
You can find your new member number in your welcome email or letter. Please always use this as the payment reference.

PLEASE NOTE: If you save into your account using an employer payroll deduction scheme (a portion of your salary rather than the whole of your salary), you do NOT need to do anything.
