For MMCB Members
1. What’s happening with my MMCB account?
Money Matters Community Bank (MMCB) is merging with Plane Saver Credit Union (PSCU). Your membership, savings, and loan accounts will be safely transferred to PSCU.
2. Do I need to do anything?
No action is needed. Your account will be transferred automatically. You’ll receive your new PSCU member number and login details shortly after the migration.
3. When will this happen?
The transfer will take place during the week beginning Monday, 12 August 2025, with system changes occurring primarily on Wednesday 13 and Thursday 14 August.
4. Will my money be safe during the transfer?
Yes. Your savings remain protected under the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS), just as they were with MMCB.
5. Will I still be able to access my account?
There may be temporary disruption to online access during the system migration on Thursday, 14 August. Full service will resume by Friday, 15 August.
6. What if I need to withdraw money?
Withdrawals requested after 5:00pm on Wednesday, 13 August may be delayed until Friday, 15 August. We recommend submitting any urgent requests before this time.
7. Will my loan repayments or standing orders be affected?
No, your loan repayment schedule will continue as normal, and standing orders/direct debits do not need to be changed.

For Plane Saver Members
1. Why am I hearing about MMCB members joining Plane Saver?
MMCB is merging with Plane Saver Credit Union. From August 2025, MMCB members will become full PSCU members, with access to the same products and services.
2. Will this affect my account or service?
There will be a brief period of limited service as we integrate accounts:
Withdrawals and loan payouts requested after 5:00pm on Wednesday, 13 August may be delayed
Online access may be temporarily unavailable on Thursday, 14 August
3. Is my money safe during this period?
Yes. All member savings remain protected by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS).
4. Can I still apply for a loan or withdraw funds?
Yes, but please plan ahead. Any urgent withdrawals or loan applications should be submitted before 5:00pm on Wednesday, 13 August, to avoid delays.
5. Will I notice anything different?
Most changes will happen behind the scenes. There will be no change to your membership or access long-term — only a short technical period during the migration.
