IT Service & Contacts Manager (Full time)

Are you an experienced IT Contracts Manager looking for your next challenge in a company with a social conscience?

About the Role:

We are looking for an IT Contracts Manager who will help drive positive relationships with our 3rd party IT suppliers as well as agree services that will drive our business to achieve its strategy.

This role is fundamental to ensure the smooth delivery of services to our membership and to the smooth running of our business. In addition, this role plays a key part in ensuring that our business is secure, and that we are effectively managing our IT risks including Cybercrime.

As our business continnues to grow, you will work with both the existing contract we have in place and where required, work to source and agree new contracts as per our business requirements. In addition, you will implement and monitor contractual agreements to ensure their effective delivery.

About You:

You are responsive, helpful and understand what is required to make sure our people can do their jobs. You have a keen eye for detail and are able to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders effectively.

You demonstrate your ability to manage multiple priorities and projects at the time through effective project management skills. You utilise your technical knowledge and expertise to work effectively with our IT providers however, are also able to keep it simple when communicating with our people.

You ask the right questions, challenge positively and are a skilled negotiator. You are able to identify products and services that deliver fit for purpose solutions for our business which are proportionate to its size.

You have a good understanding of cybercrime, its risks to businesses and how to mitigate these risks effectively.

Plane Saver was founded in 1993 by a group of British Airways Engineers. They had a passion to provide a range of flexible savings and affordable loans to their colleagues.

In 2010 we expanded our field of membership to offer the service to additional airlines and transportation industries, welcoming the likes of American Airlines and Air Canada on board as payroll partners. In October 2015, with the support of the Ministry of Defence, Plane Saver launched to offer our service for HM Armed Forces Personnel with deductions straight from their JPA payroll.

Plane Saver now has over £44 million in assets, serves over 12,500 members and has lent over £100 million to date.
