Member Services Manager – Full Time Role

Role Description:

This role is fundamental to our members receiving a first class experience through their customer journey at Plane Saver. You will be the voice of our membership and our service champion.

You will be responsible for managing our member service team, designing and developing member service strategy and communicating your service insight across the Plane Saver team. It is essential that the role holder is fantastic communicator, has a high attention to detail, demonstrates great customer service, excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Recruitment Process:

Further to application for the roles, the recruitment process will include a competency based interview which is based around the job role itself and the Plane Saver Competency Framework. This will include a series of interview questions asking you to talk through examples of work you have delivered in previous roles. Ahead of interview, applicants will be provided with a competency based interview guide which contains some handy hints and tips to effective interview preparation. Interviews will be carried out by 2 interviewers, to be confirmed.

Compliance Officer

Part Time Role (20 hours PW)

Salary: £18-£22k

Role Description:

As our compliance expert, you will be responsible for reviewing, interpreting and implementing regulatory frameworks that are designed to keep our members, and their money, safe.

You are diligent, ethical, pragmatic and put our members at the heart of everything we do. You fully understand the legal and regulatory frameworks that applies our business and your role. You work to create clear policies that are pragmatic and you deliver your duties with a solution focussed approach. You are professional, confident and have full awareness of regulatory expectations in relation to conduct.

You use your expertise to develop regulatory knowledge and awareness across the business and ensure that all products, services, processes and procedures within PSCU are compliant.
